It is understandable that some problems may occur and you haven't been able to make your payment. Just send me a friendly email or convo so I know that everything is okay or maybe I can help. Upon receiving your order I send a reminder email and convo with instructions on how to pay (just in case), On day 2 or 3 I send a repeat email with paypal invoice. If by the end of day 3 I have still not received payment or communication I will cancel the transaction, relist, and leave the appropriate feedback. I do not like this part of the process so please reply or pay promptly. |

| I ship with USPS. Prices are typically in First class or Priority. Heavy items that fit into a flat rate mailer will be shipped priority for the cheaper rate. I try and ship promptly but things do occur so please allow up to 2 business day for handling. All custom orders will take 3-7 days from date of purchase to complete. If I am unable to complete your order in that time I will notify you of the change. This is very uncommon as most Custom orders are finished with in 3 days. This policy is put in effect because things happen and I want to be realistic! |

I can create a custom blanket, pillow, or all purpose cloth of your choice (color and/or theme) as long as the fabric is available. Starting on a "blanket" requires a 50% deposit of the overall price.(non-refundable) I will ensure your blanket is exactly as you have requested before work begins!
